The association is working to achieve The following goals

The association implements programmes, activities and projects that achieve the goals and objectives mentioned above and are consistent with them, and it notifies the relevant ministry of them before starting to implement them through

1. Contributing to improving the level of Jordanian public administration through training programs and providing appropriate consultations and recommendations to decision-makers.
2. Contributing to the formulation of public policies and decision-making, positive engagement with active and partner institutions, and carrying out activities related to public affairs by monitoring general challenges and gaps and presenting recommendations and possible options to confront them.
3. Supporting and enhancing the culture of volunteer work for the association’s affiliated members and the target groups of its work
4. Contributing to the empowerment of women and youth.
5. Supporting and enhancing the values of transparency, integrity, and anti-corruption through cooperation and networking with relevant institutions and holding relevant awareness and training programs.
6. Providing advice, counsel and moral support to the local community through the following:

1- Participation in conferences, seminars and research seminars held in various fields.

2-Preparing studies and working papers for conferences, workshops and seminars held in the Kingdom or abroad.

3-Issuing bulletins and publications and conducting field research that contributes to achieving the association’s goals.

4- Carrying out development and volunteer activities and public service work according to well-studied programmes.

5- Holding training courses that achieve the goals and objectives of the association.

6-Establishing a club for the association’s members.

2- Taking care of the affairs of its affiliated members and striving to improve their conditions in society culturally, socially and professionally, and following up on achieving this with the competent authorities in the Kingdom.

3-Establishing projects and investment development works that contribute to serving the members of the association and the community and achieving the goals and objectives of the association

Based on the objectives of the Association, the Board of Directors called for the establishment of the “Studies, Consultations and Training Center”, which was established pursuant to the letter of the Minister of State for Media Affairs No. M.N 38/2632 dated 10/29/2013, and the letter of the Director General of the Department of Publications and Publishing No. M.N 38/2668 dated 10/31/2013 to be one of the arms of the Association, which aims to provide specialized studies, consulting and training services to various state institutions, in the public sector, civil society institutions and the private sector in the Kingdom and abroad, with the aim of serving the institutional work and raising the competitive capabilities of various institutions.
